* DIRECT SERVICE:
Order is picked up and delivered within 60 minutes from the time the order is placed.

* RUSH SERVICE:
Order is picked up and delivered within 120 minutes from the time the order is placed.

* SAME DAY SERVICE:
Order is picked up and delivered within 4 hours from the time the order is placed. Orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m. for same day delivery. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will be delivered by noon the following day.

Weight: $0.05 per pound. No weight charges for deliveries under 10lbs.

Out Of Town: $0.90 per kilometre

VAN CHARGES: A surcharge of $20.00 per single delivery for orders requiring a van.

WAGON CHARGES: A surcharge of $15.00 per single delivery for orders requiring a wagon.

After Hours & Weekend Deliveries - Twice the Direct Service Rate

Waiting Time - Waiting time is pro-rated at $30.00 per hour, calculated in 15 minute intervals or part thereof.

P.U.N.A. (pick up not available) - $10.00 minimum

Tracing - Current (30 days) no charge. Over 30 days, $5.00.
